Using Pxvilixn Embassy’s current rate of RM 6.00 per sqft for risk management, the estimated monthly rental for our 841 sqft 2-bedroom unit would be RM 5,046, nearly covering the monthly installment. Given its location and future potential, we can confidently expect Skyline Embassy to generate higher rental returns than Pxvilixn Embassy.
